Two systems, two different processes. Both done right — no shortcuts, no skipped steps, no guesswork on prep.
Select the floor type you're interested in to see the full step-by-step process.
A layered system built on mechanical prep, a polyurea base coat, full-broadcast vinyl flake, and a polyaspartic topcoat. Designed for facilities that need a durable, chemical-resistant floor with fast return to service.
A progressive diamond grinding process that hardens and refines the concrete itself — no coating on top. The result is permanent, maintenance-friendly, and gets more reflective with age rather than less.
Most floor failures come back to one thing: skipped prep. Here's what we don't cut corners on.
Moisture vapor trapped under a coating is the number one cause of early delamination. We test before we commit to any system.
We grind every floor with diamond tooling to a CSP 2–3 profile. Acid etching and shot blasting don't open pores the same way — we don't use them.
Coatings print every imperfection underneath them. Anything we don't fix before we coat will show through when it's too late to fix it.
Our base coat is 100% solids polyurea — faster cure, better bond strength, and more flexible under impact than standard epoxy systems.
Polyaspartic chemistry means foot traffic in 6–8 hours. Your facility doesn't stay down while we wait for a slow cure.
We assess the slab in person before quoting. What we tell you on-site is what you pay — no surprises after we've already started grinding.
